Placing Your Order

We make every effort to make sure orders are processed as soon as possible, and no unnecessary delays occur in processing an order. In most cases orders are processed immediately, often shipping the same day for in-stock items. During busy periods, delays may occur. All orders will be processed no later than 2 business days upon receipt, provided the items are in-stock and there are no problems with the payment verification.

When placing your order, please consider the following:

  • Orders may be placed online at www.purepoly.com or www.sprayblue.com, via phone at 604-854-5968 or toll free at 1-800-901-0088 or by fax at 604-854-5918.
  • Business hours at Pinnacle are Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time excluding holidays.
  • Payment must be received prior to shipping your order. Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Bank Wire Transfer, Company Check or Cashiers Check are accepted. Orders paid by check will take longer to process to allow checks to be received and cleared, Visa & MC payments are processed in our Canadian office. Pinnacle has no access to, or control over, any additional fees billed to the customer by the credit card company, bank, or merchant processor.
  • Orders placed overnight will be processed the opening of the next business day. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until Monday (excluding holidays).
  • For expedited orders, be sure to place your order before 10:00AM Pacific Time any regular business day to ensure same day shipping (subject to product availability).
  • Allow 5 to 7 business days for standard ground shipping.
  • Please provide a street address for courier service as most couriers are unable to deliver to a post office box address.

Backorders

If your order includes an out-of-stock product, we will notify you with an estimated time of delay. For orders that contain items that are out-of-stock, the entire order will be held and shipped complete as soon as our stock has been replenished.

If you would like the in-stock item(s) shipped right away and the out-of-stock item(s) shipped later (Additional shipping charges may apply) please let us know by email or telephone. Please include your order number.


Receiving Your Order

Standard delivery only occurs on regular business days and does not include weekends or holidays. Please be available or have a responsible person available to sign and accept your order during business hours. If a delivery cannot be made, the carrier will provide instructions to receive your order (local warehouse, 2nd attempt, etc.).

The item(s) are carefully packed for shipment by our shipping department in compliance with carrier requirements. However we realize that shipment damage may occur in spite of these precautions. Please check all shipments when they are delivered for shortages or external signs of damage. If packages in your shipment appear damaged, you should immediately unpack them and inspect the contents. If you find a problem, notify the delivery driver of the item(s) involved before you sign and accept your order. Failure to do so may result in the carrier refusing to honor the claim.


Returning Your Order

A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returns. No returns after 30 days. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The product must be accompanied by the receipt and in original condition (unused). The item(s) must be complete, undamaged and unsoiled, with the original packaging, labels, accessories and documentation intact. No return on special order products or any liquid products (chemicals, cleaners, etc...).

When returning your order, please consider the following:

  • Return of any item(s) must be pre-approved by Pinnacle via email or telephone.
  • Customer will be responsible for freight charges incurred to return the item(s). Freight collect shipments will be refused.
  • Please return the product(s) clearly labeled, in the original shipping package. If you have discarded the original shipping package, you may return your order in a clearly labeled package that protects the product.
  • The customer is responsible for any damage or loss of package(s) during return shipment to Pinnacle.
  • Please include the original receipt. If you have discarded the original receipt, contact us via email or telephone for further guidelines.
  • On the back of the invoice or separate document, please indicate your reason for return.
  • Once we have received and inspected the returned item(s) and your return is accepted, we will process your credit as soon as possible.

Canceling Your Order

At Pinnacle we are committed to fulfilling orders in a very timely manner which means there is very little time for you to cancel. Please contact us immediately by telephone (1-800-901-0088) and we will do our best to cancel the order.


Warranty

Pinnacle West Enterprises Inc. (referred to herein as "Pinnacle") warrants that for a period of 6 months from date of shipment from Pinnacle, the equipment, product(s) and part(s) (collectively referred to herein as "Product") will be, under normal use, free from defects in material and workmanship provided, however, that this warranty does not cover, and Pinnacle shall not be liable for, any malfunction, damage or wear caused by faulty installation, misapplication, abrasion, corrosion, inadequate or improper maintenance, negligence, accident, tampering, substitution of non-Pinnacle component(s) part(s) or product(s), improper storage, or other misuse. All warranty claims must be made in accordance with "Warranty Claims" below.

Pinnacle agrees to assign to Customer whatever rights Pinnacle may have under any warranty, expressed or implied, of any supplier or manufacturer of product(s) sold by Pinnacle but not manufactured by Pinnacle, to the extent assignable.

Pinnacle's entire liability and Customer's exclusive remedy under this warranty will be to repair, or at Pinnacle's option, to replace without charge, any product(s) which Pinnacle determines to be defective within the scope of this warranty. In the event Pinnacle is unable to repair or replace defective product(s) within a reasonable time after receipt, Pinnacle shall credit Customer with the original purchase price of the defective product(s).

THE FOREGOING WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.


Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, Customer must comply with the procedures stated herein, which are designed to protect both the Customer and Pinnacle. Customer must call a Pinnacle representative to place warranty claim. Equipment, part(s) or product(s) returned for warranty without proper authorization will be returned to Customer at the Customers expense.

Upon calling Pinnacle, a representative will determine whether Customer should ship the equipment, part(s) or product(s) to Pinnacle. Upon receiving the item(s), Pinnacle will perform a inspection of the equipment, part(s) or product(s) and will determine whether there is a defect covered by warranty. If there is a defect covered by warranty, Pinnacle will pay for the shipping of the return and/or replacement. If Pinnacle determines that the equipment, part(s) or product(s) are not covered under the warranty, Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges.


Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Pinnacle West Enterprises Inc., its subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, its licensors, employees, and the like, be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, products or services furnished by Pinnacle West Enterprises Inc. This limitation applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other basis, even if Pinnacle West Enterprises Inc. has been advised of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, Pinnacle West Enterprises Inc. liability in such jurisdictions shall be limited but only to the extent permitted by law.
